I’ve written a lot about Quant vs. Qual research on the blog here recently, and that text analysis is an opportunity to merge the two rather effortlessly to get more accurate insights.
Still, we often end up focusing more on the aggregate quantitative output such as the chart above. Sometimes it’s important to drill down into the categories and read some of the actual comments like the one below to keep things in perspective:
